Which machine is right for you?
The manual machine is the lowest-cost way to start chain link production and runs on 3 phase or single phase power, with output that depends on your labour. The semi automatic machine is our most popular choice for growing workshops: PLC and touch-screen control with 80 to 100 kg per hour output. The automatic cutting and weaving machine adds servo-driven weaving for faster, more consistent production with fewer people. The fully automatic machine adds locking and rolling units, so it finishes the edges and rolls the fence with one operator and one helper.
Every machine makes chain link from 1 inch upward in GI or PVC coated wire from 1.6 mm (16 SWG) to 4 mm (8 SWG), from 2 to 10 feet high. The mesh gap is set by the dye mould, and each machine comes with complementary dyes.
Setting up a new unit? Our guide to starting a chain link fence making business covers power supply, floor space, labour and output for each machine.
