Dye moulds that set the mesh gap of your chainlink fence, made for both automatic and manual machines. Customised mesh gaps and specifications can be done on an extra-charge basis.
About this product
The dye mould sets the mesh gap of the chain link your machine produces. Ours are made with the dye in EN 08 steel and the patta in mild steel, hardened to 40 to 50 HRC, 10 inches long on a 19 inch plate, for both automatic and manual machines.
Sizes from 1 inch to 6 inches are listed below. Customised mesh gaps and specifications can be made at extra charge.

Payment, warranty and installation
- 50% of the purchase order as advance, balance at the time of delivery, for machinery.
- 100% of the purchase order as advance for dye moulds, the hand twisting machine, machinery spares and tools.
- Transport charges extra.
- Labour charge during installation is free. Travel, food and accommodation for our team need to be provided. Free installation does not apply to the manual machine.
- A service charge applies every time our team visits after installation. Travel, food and accommodation need to be provided.
- Two years warranty for machinery. The hand twisting machine has a 6 months warranty. Voltage damage and physical damage are not covered.
