About this product
Our top-of-range chain link machine. Alongside the cutting unit and weaving table, it has a dedicated locking unit and rolling unit, so it can give either a locking or twisting edge finish and rolls the finished fence, with just one operator and one helper.
It is controlled by a Delta PLC with a 7 inch Delta touch HMI and a 4 HP servo motor, makes mesh from 1 to 4.5 inches in 1.6 to 4 mm GI or PVC coated wire, 2 to 10 ft high, at 80 to 100 kg per hour. Four complementary dyes of any size are included.

Payment, warranty and installation
- 50% of the purchase order as advance, balance at the time of delivery, for machinery.
- 100% of the purchase order as advance for dye moulds, the hand twisting machine, machinery spares and tools.
- Transport charges extra.
- Labour charge during installation is free. Travel, food and accommodation for our team need to be provided. Free installation does not apply to the manual machine.
- A service charge applies every time our team visits after installation. Travel, food and accommodation need to be provided.
- Two years warranty for machinery. The hand twisting machine has a 6 months warranty. Voltage damage and physical damage are not covered.
